Terms and Conditions for Participation at the Wharton Summit 2025

1. General Terms
By registering for and attending the Wharton Summit 2025, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. The Summit is organized by The Wharton Alumni Club of Germany and Austria e.V. ("Organizer"), and these terms govern the relationship between the Organizer and the participants.

2. Registration and Payment

2.1. All registrations must be completed through the official registration portal.

2.2. Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

2.3. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation if payment is not completed.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1. All registrations are final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations.

3.2. If a registered participant is unable to attend, they may transfer their registration to another person by providing written notice at least 2 days before the event.

3.3. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.

3.4. In the unlikely event that the Organizer cancels or reschedules the Summit, registered participants will be offered a full refund or credit for a future event.

4. Liability and Disclaimer

4.1. The Organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during the Summit.

4.2. The Organizer does not take responsibility for any travel or accommodation costs incurred by participants.

4.3. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the program, speakers, or venue if necessary.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1 The Organizer may use participant information for event-related communication and networking purposes.

5.2 By attending the event, participants agree to the unlimited use of photographs, audio, and video recordings taken during the event by the organizer. These may be used for promotional and documentation purposes.
