Munich is a vibrant and highly sought-after destination - especially during Oktoberfest season, when demand for accommodation is particularly high. We therefore recommend arranging your hotel as early as possible to ensure availability and secure the best possible rates.
While we are not able to offer dedicated hotel contingents, we suggest selecting a hotel near Munich Urban Colab (north of the city center, in the Maxvorstadt/Schwabing area) or in the Theresienwiese area (just southwest of the city center, home of Oktoberfest). Both locations offer convenient access to the conference venue as well as excellent connections to Munich’s main attractions.
