We are pleased to invite you to this inspiring evening dedicated to one of the most pressing questions for Germany’s economy today:
Germany’s economy learns AI … but too little and too late

AI has begun to irreversibly disrupt the economy. However, there is a dramatically growing shortage of AI expertise among the German corporate workforce, which develops into a lasting competitive disadvantage. Motivating and training the workforce – including all management levels! - in AI is now considered the supreme challenge of management.

Amadeus Fire, a leading provider of specialized personnel services and professional training in Germany, demonstrates how this can be achieved. The group supports companies and skilled workers in successfully shaping digital transformation with a strong focus on future-oriented skills. Under the roof of the nationwide ‘Allianz der Chancen’ initiative, the Amadeus Fire Group is leading the topic of AI training across all sectors and providing impulses for systematic skills development within the German economy.
