Leveraging Your Networks
How do connections between people move knowledge between firms, and what do these "knowledge networks" mean for your organization as well as your own career? We will explore knowledge flows between high-tech companies and assess whether research findings generalize to organizations in other industry sectors. We conclude by examining strategies (and fallacies) embedded in popular theories of managing your own personal networks.
