Founded in 1971 by the distinguished art historian Dr. Ursula Krinzinger, the gallery has become a cornerstone of Vienna’s contemporary art scene. It is celebrated for pioneering exhibitions of influential Austrian and international performance artists, including Marina Abramović and Chris Burden.
Dr. Krinzinger is widely recognized as one of Austria’s most influential gallerists, with an exceptional understanding of the art market and its evolution over the past decades.
